Established in 1993 by Kaye Atlas, Atlas Conveyancing Services are well and truly a household name when it comes to property transactions in the Macedon Ranges & surrounds. In 2018 Kaye retired, passing the business over to Kimberley Lacey.

Kimberley Lacey (Kim)
Kimberley Lacey, affectionately known as Kim, is the heart and soul of Atlas Conveyancing Services. With over 15 years of experience in the conveyancing industry, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Licensed Conveyancer and Owner.
Having completed her Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing) in 2012, Kim is well-versed in all aspects of property transactions. Her dedication to continuous learning and professional development ensures that she stays ahead of the latest industry trends and regulations.
Passionate about conveyancing, Kim is committed to providing a personal touch to every client interaction. Known for going above and beyond, she ensures that each client receives the highest level of service and attention to detail.
As a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (AIC) and a registered subscriber of PEXA, Kim has the expertise and resources to complete transactions electronically, streamlining the process for her clients.
Erin Lawrence
Erin brings valuable experience from both the real estate and legal sectors to her role as a Conveyancing Specialist at Atlas Conveyancing. With five years of experience in reception, administration, and property management at a local real estate agency, Erin developed a keen understanding of the intricacies of property transactions.
Driven by her passion for conveyancing, Erin transitioned to the legal field, where she spent 18 months working in a law firm in Bendigo. Now, Erin is excited to bring her expertise back home and join the Atlas Conveyancing team.
Erin is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, guiding them through the conveyancing process with enthusiasm and expertise. She takes pride in ensuring that clients feel supported and informed every step of the way, and she's always ready to answer any questions they may have.
Esther Whelans
Esther joined our team in January 2021, bringing with her a wealth of experience from both the conveyancing and banking industries. With her background in another conveyancing firm and many years in banking, Esther possesses valuable knowledge and insights into the intricacies of property transactions.
